Being angry & overthinking isn’t worth it

Problem is Anger and sadness are natural emotions. They exist for a reason. Telling yourself to just simply be happy is just setting yourself up for disappointment. It is okay to be sad it is okay to be angry and nervous and all those other emotions you feel. It is part of being human. The problems come from overthinking. At least that is the case for me. Overthinking causes the emotions to occur or resurface. Our minds are so powerful. ~ Jennifer Connell 

Be happy, content, enjoy life because you never know if you will be around next day. Life is too short, stay from negative toxic people. They will drain happiness away. Be around supportive positive people. ~ Mary Anne Larsen
