Tears from one’s eyes can in no way compare to the silent grief that remains secreted away in one’s heart and protected by one’s soul. It is a silent pain that no eye can see and bleeds bloodless tears. A heartbreak to be grieved in a silent cry of lament and sheltered for eternity by a protective soul that provides a safe haven and is a silent witness to an unexpressed, voiceless suffering. It is a silent testimony of man’s power of endurance and force of fortitude which in no way compensates for the depth and extent of a sorrow that knows no escape and sees no release. ~ Margaret Young
